To comply with Governor Mike DeWine’s request to allow remote work options to help slow the spread of COVID-19, ACCESS is implementing a remote work-from-home option for ACCESS employees effective at the end of business today, Monday, March 16th. The health and safety of our small staff is important so that we can continue to provide critical services to our schools.
At this time, ACCESS offices will have a limited staff presence with the remainder of staff working remotely to comply with social distancing. Normal business hours will remain at 7:30 am until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some in-house training will be changed to virtual training. Information pertaining to individual training(s) will be shared by each department and posted on our webpage calendar. If you need to contact ACCESS personnel, email or call 330-702-7860 and/or, if known, the employee’s extension. Email and phone extension information can be found on our website at http://access-k12.org/staff In the event you are prompted to leave a voicemail message, staff will be automatically notified via email of your message. ACCESS will be monitoring support tickets (firstname.lastname@example.org) and will reply accordingly.
If you need to use our facility or computer lab during the next few weeks, please contact us and let us know. We can make arrangements and adjust schedules to accommodate your needs. Thank you and stay healthy!
