Assembly Overview
The Assembly is the overall governing body of ACCESS. The Assembly makes decisions regarding programs, fees, budget, and policy.
Composition
The Assembly is composed of the Superintendent of each of the Member Districts. Assembly members may designate proxy attendees at meetings for voting purposes.
Meeting Schedule
The Assembly meets twice per year, once in the fall (November) and once in the spring (April/May). Budgets and fees are discussed at the fall meeting, while Board of Directors are chosen at the spring meeting.
