• ACCESS provides services to a variety of customers including, but not limited to, public school districts, educational service centers, career and technical centers, parochial schools, community schools, and private schools.  These customers are separated into members, associate members and non-members, as defined below.

    1. Members are Ohio K-12 public school districts and Educational Service Centers who are members of the ACCESS Council of Governments.  Members enjoy reduced rates and are owners of ACCESS Fiber Network - a 325+ mile fiber-optic network connecting all of their buildings throughout both Mahoning and Columbiana counties.

    2. Associate-Members are Ohio K12 public school districts who enjoy reduced rates but are not owners of the ACCESS Fiber Network.

    3. Non-Members are Ohio K-12 community, parochial, and private schools, as well as public entities which purchase ACCESS services.
