- ACCESS is a membership organization, wholly owned by its member districts and governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. ACCESS serves 26 member school districts in Columbiana and Mahoning County, two member (2) educational service centers, and a variety of other customers considered non-members.
- ACCESS owns and operates a state-of-the-art fiber network infrastructure that will support our member districts' data, voice and video needs well into the future. Our Wide Area Network infrastructure consists of redundant 40 Gigabit Ethernet network segments in the form of four fiber optic loops traversing two counties. ACCESS provides a 1 or 10 Gigabit Ethernet connection to each member district head-end and a 1 Gigabit connection to all district remaining buildings in both Mahoning and Columbiana County.
- ACCESS provides a variety of services to all branches of The Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County as well as several school systems. A majority of these entities are connected to the ACCESS fiber network.
- ACCESS is a member of the Ohio Education Computer Network (OECN). More information can be found at MCOECN
